I am obsessed with the above print from Etsy store Volume 25. What I would like to know is, what have YOU bought from Etsy? And has it made you deliriously happy? Please share :)

put a fork in it.
How ridiculously cute and colourful is this Fork Ranch Shoot by Sugar and Fluff Design House? I love the haystacks and the buntings and of course the moustached heels!

the big apple.
My sincerest apologies for the prolonged absence. Apparently narcolepsy, full time work, and a part time job aren't the greatest things to combine. It pains me to say it but I'm looking forward to university resuming. This is scary because in my last semester I am finally realising that class is the lessor of two evils.
Although my legal placement finishes soon, I still have my IT placement to complete. I was just offered one a week or two ago - it's a social media position, for the city council. They are planning a festival - "Viva La Gong". It's kind of the most perfect job ever and I'm so happy I got it. It's only 1-2 days a week as well so it won't kill me like being a faux lawyer has.
In other news, it seems pretty likely that my next overseas trip will be to America in February 2012. Do I even need to tell you how excited I am at the prospect of visiting New York? My sister is desperate to visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Florida however so I think that will be our first stop. But I won't lie - I'm excited about that too!

A darling friend of mine is currently in New York and I can't wait to pick her brains when she gets back. But first, before I make any set plans - I need to pay back my debt from Europe! Eeep!

I am alive! But I am a shell of a person, too many things going on and my body just can't cope. Give me a few more days and I'll be back with some lovely goodies.

sleeping sickness.
Hello lovelies.
It's been a hectic week! I'm currently at the sleep clinic with leads stuck all over my face and in my nice clean hair (boo) with only 42 minutes to go until my next scheduled nap! Fun times :) Hope your Friday is leading you in to an amazing weekend!

style stalking.
As much as I enjoy looking through street style blogs, I haven't quite found the one that consistently evokes the reaction 'WHAT can I copy this?' from me, rather than 'WHAT were they thinking?'
Is that the point of street style blogs? To showcase the eclectic, the unusual, the truly unique? Am I better of sticking to personal fashion blogs? Or is there a magic street style blog out there with everything I've ever wanted, and I just haven't come across it yet? Anyone?
The most relatable I've found so far is member "looks" on ASOS Fashion Finder, which I guess is quite similar to Lookbook. Here are some of my instant favourites:
Giselle Bermas
the blonde way
Vintage Jumble
AnnieandtheMs
originalnumber
ASOSStacey
KaterinaBee
AnnieandtheMs
As an (obvious) result, I now have a massive wardrobe crush on the Annies behind AnnieandtheMs - do yourself a favour and check out the rest of their outfits, as well as their blog, Annie and the Mannequins.

unicorn/dream.
I've just discovered Unicorn/Dream magazine, via Wolf and Willow. The project describes itself as "a new bi-monthly online magazine about dreams, life, photography, hand made crafts and a bit of vintage and fashion." If you think that sounds perfectly dreamy, then you'd be utterly correct! I've just flicked through the latest issue, and fell head over heels in love with the way they combine beautiful photography with song lyrics. Issue 5 features so much amazing work that I changed my mind at least 10 times about what to share, but I finally decided on the dreamy snapshots taken by Fernando Monotoro. Hopefully you'll agree that I made the right choice :) Enjoy!

oh la la.
Foster the People - I Would Do Anything For You.
Remember all those times I was hoping for something,
And shakin' my head from all that I've done.
Can't stop listening to Foster the People. This song in particular, it reminds me that no matter what we've been through, there are always good things still to come.

lunch break blues.
The plus-side of my placement is that it is literally around the corner, so I can come home for lunch. The downside is that it gives me time to online shop whilst eating my tuna and veggies, and despair over the fact that I am not getting paid for the next 4 weeks. WOE!
ASOS Double Zip Parka, I need you in my life.
Dear Swear, why don't you stock the Chiara 5 sandal in my size? Yours, Disappointed.
Peter Pan collar, pleats and colour-blocking -- is this the perfect dress?
One day my pretties, one day.
